Everyone is lost
The reading was great. The story was well -written. Since it is a short story, I could not get truly invested in any characters, but my heart was sad for so many of them. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to be a police officer, especially in a large city. Was not expecting the 2nd murder to be committed by the person who did it.

The duo if Don and Ed is so enjoyable
I don’t think this book was as good as their previous - The Heron Free Billy.

decent quick listen
Typical cop/mob story. Narration was well done without being over done. ending was flat without additional details but expected for the short story.
