Its the only book I have starting listening to again as soon as I had finished it.

There is so much information here but it really puts life in perspective - now the key is practice what it preaches - Highly recommend everyone to read this

The reason I say “starter” book is because it’s a really general guide to spiritual growth, without being overly complicated. Also, I’ve listened to others but this one kind of filled in gaps others left out so it’s all right here.

I know some people don’t like the religious aspect and I’m not a religious person but enjoyed it simply because I felt connecting faith and these teachings is important so it doesn’t scare anyone thinking they might contradict.

I still have questions after listening such as, if your inner thoughts can be detrimental, what should I do with an idle mind? Like he’ll say what not to do but doesn’t always an offer an alternative.

Again, and overall, I still highly recommend it and it definitely covers so many great and life changing themes on spiritual growth.

I have listened to this book for the fourth time now, and I know I will be continuing going back to it constantly. It is just impressive how something so simple as a book can impact your life and your future like any other thing. This book for me is my safe haven and I am so so thankful I got to discover it fully. I cannot say I have a favorite part or chapter because the learning was constant throughout the whole book, but I think that the first chapter impacted me big time cause, for me, this was just another world I didn't know about and I was just amazed to become aware of all these concepts. Since that moment, I knew this was going be a meaningful experience and a beautiful ride, and oh boy...it was !!!

I am speechless. It is so much to process. So much to practice but so worth it. The information contained in this book stripped me down of every mental concept I held about my self as well as the facade I tried so hard for others to buy into, completely unaware of the truth I was really running from. I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. If you are ready and you are open, you will learn and feel something much deeper. I think it is a book that should be visited more than once, every year or every other year because knew things will be revealed as you break open on each new level of awareness. Definitely worth the alarm that was set into my consciousness, now slowly waking me up. Blessings to all and Good Journey.

Genius take on the perspective of one's journey within. Useful book to have on hand with some clever techniques to manage mental chatter through not managing it at all but rather watching from the seated soul. Great book lots of gems, loved it!
