This book was so hard to listen to! It sounded like it was some sort of AI reading it. I made it through though! Lots of good points and reminders.

    Good information but poor performance

I enjoyed listening and reading this book. I have it on my kindle and audible. It didn't sync, but I didn't care. (Different editions)

I'm having my staff read because everyone should know how to be civil. Forni explains this in a easy to understand manner. Including the 'what's in it for me'.

    Taking the High Road

The information in this book is good, but I think it might be a better read than a listen. From the narration it seems that the actual book might be one of lists, highlighted boxes, and standard texts. This did not translate well into an audio book. I did finish the book, but am contemplating on getting a print version as reference and to skim over to see what I "lost in translation."

    Probably a better read

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The paperback of this book has been is a fantastic read. This format is good, if you want to revisit the chapters.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

The pace of the narration is a bit odd, it's not quite a story but more a series of do's and don'ts. So it's a bit weird to listen to.

    Great reminders!

I loved the broad perspective of cilivity as a well rounded discussion across generations & topics.
