Publisher's summary

Here's a dirty little secret about buying businesses....

You make your money when you buy! That's right, the biggest opportunity to make profits buying businesses or traffic assets is to buy them with the least possible amount of your own personal cash out of pocket. A lot of people think that the most successful deals happen when you sell, but if you can acquire businesses or traffic assets with $0 out of your own pocket, your returns can be almost infinite.

In this book, serial entrepreneur, Roland Frasier, will show you how to Ethically Profit In Crisis. That's what E.P.I.C. stands for, because he believes that it is possible for you to now only profit, but to profit ethically, even in a crisis like the one we find ourselves in right now. And by the end of the book, you will have a list of at least five laser-focused acquisition opportunities to add to your portfolio, and you'll know eight ways to acquire them, with no money out of your own pocket, and without using any of your own credit.

The tip of the iceberg

This book will give you access to a new way of buying businesses without paying for them from your own resources. You will get some innovative ideas about how to do it, but it’s only a starting point, food for thought, about how you can think differently and creatively; it’s short and concise but to the point

The good stuff is the smallest part of the book.

I don't get it. The book is called Zero down and the best part of the book is the last 2 mins that says "here's a list of 15 ways" that just lists them with no explanation or examples at all. There's entire sections on "reaching out to people on LinkedIn" that is basically useless. I'm bummed there wasn't a focus on the important material.

Didn’t make it to the content there was so much legal jargon at the beginning.

The first several minutes is all a legal document saying that they are not liable for whatever you choose to do after listening to this book. I didn’t make it past this. It sounds like they don’t believe in it. No book I’ve read has ever had this liability waiver at the beginning.

Garbage, Rehashed Information

The information inside was useless. Super basic, rehashed information. I could have found better information with a quick Google Search.
