Excellent intro

Great overview of business readiness
We all know the wisdom of beginning with the end in mind, however when it comes to selling a business, we tend to miss that part, instead focusing on the building part. Adam's book is a great nuts and bolts overview of how to set up your business not only for operational success, but ultimate success in a sale or transition. Did you know 50% of all businesses are purchased by private equity nowadays? His other book on private equity transactions is worth a read as well!
