Another absolutely terrific book by Sean Dietrich. Do yourself a favor and read this book! Along with a heartwarming story, you’ll learn a little history and upgrade your appreciation of the trails-to-rails and national park services.

Very good but not as good as his other book
I enjoyed this book, but it wasn't outstanding and not up to the quality of his other books. There were certainly a fair number of entertaining moments, so I recommend it for a light read, but just don't expect as much humor as there normally is in Sean Dietrich's writing. But it's written during the pandemic so, considering that, it's really pretty uplifting I guess!

Always Enjoyable
Sean Dietrich continues to brighten one’s day with his books. Thoroughly enjoyed this one and highly recommend. Being from the south myself, I could relate to many references in the book. Great narration by the author.
