Great book on productivity

I have been working on my personal and team productivity. This book has lots of useful information that I didn’t find elsewhere. It’s a great balance of cultural changes, strategies and tools to make a team happier and more efficient.

Great productivity advice

I’d recommend this book to anyone struggling with work life balance. Anyone who leads even small teams could benefit from some of the strategies outlined in it.
