Publisher's summary

A paranormal women's fiction with a bit of class, and a lot of sass, for anyone who feels like age is just a number!

Welcome to Premonition Pointe, where witches take care of their own.

Grace Valentine had the perfect marriage and a great career managing her husband’s real estate office. Or so she thought until three months ago when she was served with divorce papers. Thanks to her philandering ex, not only is she out of a husband, she’s out of a job, too.

At the age of 45 with the help of her coven, Grace is ready to pick up the pieces and move on. But her only job prospect is at the rival real estate office, and it’s only for a trial run. She’ll need to prove that she can sell the haunted properties of Premonition Pointe before she’s hired permanently.

But who has time to deal with haunted houses when she’s testing out every anti-perspirant on the market to combat her escalating hot flashes, trying not to succumb to the advances of the hot 34-year-old in her office, and ignoring the urges to hex her ex with erectile disfunction? Okay, maybe she doesn’t ignore the urges. She might be a witch, but she’s only human. Can Grace prove to herself and her new boss she has the magical touch to sell the impossible and find the courage get her groove back...even if her new love interest is a decade younger?

Hysterical Ride

I seriously have not laughed out loud at a book like I did this one for quite some time.

In her mid 40s, Grace has just shed 200+ of dead weight in the form of her cheating ex husband. Ready to begin her career a new, Grace lands a job with the rival realtors office in town. She is hired immediately with one catch, to solidify her position, she must find a buyer for one of three haunted locations given to her.

Another great perk of her new job is the hunky, younger new realtor at that firm. The chemistry is immediate and the sparks begin to fly. However, can Grace juggle new love, selling haunted houses and her meddling ex?

Along with her coven, Hope and Joy, Grace is poised to take whatever life throws at her.

This book is very well written. I laughed so hard during parts that I had tears streaming down my face. I am really looking forward to reading the rest of this mystical series!

Older Witch Finds Love with Younger Man

This is a promising start to a new series by one of my favorite authors who has several series that I completely enjoy. I actually really enjoyed the narration because it expresses the humor and realism of all the characters. I especially love this plot because it's main character is middle aged, humorous, and extremely real in how interacts with friends, family and love interest when you have live experiences. Grace is a strong confident woman dealing with complex issues. Please read this book. Can't wait for book two in series.

Loved!

I really enjoyed listening to Grace's story. It's great to have a paranormal story with a main character that is a little older. The characters are well rounded and interesting. The paranormal aspects blend well and seem natural to the story. I love this narrator. She is easy to listen to and does a great job with the voices.

Overall it was good

Overall the story was good. There were funny parts, hexes, new romance, friends and haunted houses but there is just something that I can’t put my finger on at the moment, that makes me go “eh” when I think about the story.

Fun, hilarious, charming, and a delight!

I haven't read many stories where the protagonists are in their mid-40s, so I went into this not expecting much. To my delight, it was a fun ride. Grace is a 45-year-old witch who just got dumped by her terrible cheating husband. Freshly divorced, she's hoping to get a job at a rival real estate agency, but she must prove herself by selling three houses that are haunted. What do you expect when you're a witch living in a town known for its supernatural? On top of that, Grace has to deal with getting back into the romance game with a younger man and helping her lesbian niece, who is going through a tough patch with her mother.

I'm not really into romance, but I am loving the characters and all these problems that keep popping up during Grace's journey. The characters are a delight, and I just want to find out how and if things will be resolved. The magic and supernatural of ghosts, curses, and witches aren't as intense as they were in Chase's Cresent City trilogy. Rather, they're more of something tame that's naturally a part of the story and the theme. The magic is there, but the focus and thrill is more on me wanting to know how she'll sell those houses and navigate through life. All the spells and hexes are extra fun, but not the main heart and soul.

Gabra Zackman does it again with the narration. I love listening to her narrating some of my other favorite books. She distinguishes the characters well, whether they're male or female or even by age, and she always makes the story sound more fluid and easy to listen to.

Great PNR!

The first installment of the Premonition Pointe series is narrated by Gabra Zackman. She does a fabulous job bringing the story alive for me. I really enjoyed listening to Grace’s story!!
I was interested in the cute little town and it actually reminded me of Keating Hollow, where this community would be it’s own witchy community.
I had some laughs while reading this book, as well as wishing I could curse some of the guys. I really enjoyed the sisterhood of the coven. I’m looking forward to see what happens with Joy and Hope as their issues was left unanswered. Can’t wait to see what happens next!! Certainly leaves you wanting more. ❤️
