The book you didn’t think you needed to hear
I wouldn’t say that everything mentioned in this book is some incredibly novel idea -but- the way the author humanizes your thoughts and your personal struggles with self esteem/confidence…etc) whether you realize it before during or after this book) has completely changed the way I think about myself. Creating positive self talk is life changing. It transforms the innermost negative narrative we hold ourselves to which, once we have compassion for ourselves the way forward in all directions feels more clear.

3rd time’s a charm.

This book explains and reiterates for us through science and examples how this works. He offers the self talk audio for our convenience and success. This can be done on your own.
This book was excellent!
If you want to positively change your life this is a great book. If you have a negative mindset and self talk and don’t want to change then this is not for you and hence the negative reviews.

A good start, cliché, but a good start
The book discusses some valuable and grounding ideas. The concepts are helpful and I’m excited to try them. Some of the language is outdated and a bit insensitive in relation to diverse identities, different abled bodies, and fat people. Still a good listen.

Very enlightening!!!
I will most definitely listen to this audiobook a few more times and take notes to fully understand it’s teachings so I can apply it to my daily life and enjoy how much it’ll improve for the better!!!
