Publisher's summary

Georgia Exler has always been the odd witch out. In a family of accomplished witches, she’s the only one who never uncovered her own magical abilities.... Until she moved to Keating Hollow.

Heartbroken after her husband of two years is killed in a tragic accident, the writer moves to the enchanted town to start over. All she wants to do is write her next book and make a few new friends. But when the events in her life start to mimic the newest paranormal romance she’s writing, she starts to wonder if, maybe, she’s found her magic after all. Only how is she going to give her characters their happily ever after when she’s terrified to finish, because everything she writes seems to come true?

Logan Malone has loved and lost not once, but twice. He’s a man who’s resigned to a quiet, single life among the redwoods and his manuscripts of hope and new beginnings. What he writes and what he wants are two different things. Or so he thinks. When another writer befriends him, suddenly, magic is in the air, and the walls he’s built start to crumble. Is the third time a charm, or will he leave Keating Hollow before he has a chance to find out?

Another enjoyable listen

Two wonderful characters with tragic back stories manage to find love again and heal together. Throw in a dash of music, fame and an author who is either creating or predicting the future and you get this fantastic read. I never get bored with Deanna Chases books and as always she has delivered again. I can’t not wait to read the next installment of the series.

Amazing

I am so glad to get to go back to Keating Hollow, I seriously want to live there! The people and shops sound so amazing! Traveling back to Keating Hollow is like getting to visit old friends, I love how each book brings the other characters of the town back through each story. This story is about Georgia and Logan, both writers in their own right. This is such an heartwarming story, both have suffered loss and heartbreak. When they come together magic happens. This was great to read over! Gabra Zackman really does a fantastic job with capturing the heart of the characters! I can't wait for book 12!!

The Magic if Music

Anyone that has ever played an instrument or sang a song, understands that magical feeling when you just connect with the music. Pure magic seems to just flow through you. The connection between Logan and Georgia gave me that feeling. I could feel their connection and the pain they had both experienced during their life's that brought them to this point. I love that they both knew that pain had made them who they are today. They didn't have to ignore those feelings, but could embrace them in their lives together and apart. I felt the deep connection from their first meeting. I highly recommend this book in the series.
AND!! I love getting to know Levi more. That well runs deep and I can't wait for the rest of his story.

Georgia and Logan

Georgia and Logans story is the 11th book in the Witches of Keating Hallow. Georgia's story begins with her move to Keating Hallow. Logan is a man who will not let love get the best of him again... twice was more than enough in his eyes. Turns out Georgia and Logan have a few common interests, writing.

Their future seems to be a story to be told, the pages are ready to be turned. I voluntarily reviewed Waking of the Witch provided by the author.

Three times is the charm

Georgia and Logan were destined for one another, but neither wanted to admit it or face it.

From their first meeting, with Georgia sitting on a piece of cake Logan moved to a chair, there was chemistry sparking between the two. Both having lost loved ones in the past, neither was ready for a relationship.

Georgia was never magical. She was always envious of her family's abiilties. But now it seems her writing is taking on a life of its own. After she penned the story of the heroine in her books sitting on a piece of cake laid in the chair by the hero of her book, it played out in real time during her meeting with Logan. Sure it was a coincidence, she didn't give it another thought. Until other scences she wrote in her book began playing out in her life, starring Logan, AGAIN.

Logan was having writers block. A successful novelist, and former musician, Logan was having a hard time getting into his next novel. When out hiking trying to work through potential plot ideas, he hears a woman scream. He runs up to where the sound came from and there lays Georgia sprawled on the ground, having twisted her ankle. He carries her to her car and takes her to a healer. Georgia is again confused as this is playing out just as she scripted in her book. What is going on?

Logan and Georgia soon find their attraction to one another is more than just friendship, but neither feel ready to commit again. Logan feels he is cursed as his prior loves both ended tragically, and Georgia lost her husband (the love of her life) in a tragic ski accident. Both are scarred and scared to love again.

Can each get past their past and find true love again?

Great addition to the Keating Hollow Witches series. Can't wait to see what happens between Brynn and Austin in the next book!
