Great Duet Narration on top of a great story

I really enjoyed the narration it is duet which means both the male and female narrator speak they're parked throughout kind of making it like an audio play. Which I love I think that's the best type of narration. And i loved getting to listen to this book in that way. On top of that it seems that the audio book is released the same day as the book itself so you dont have to wait whixh is really cool for audiofans.

Thief is one of those books that just take you by surprise & completely blows you away. It is definitely an extra star read. It's a dark reverse harem that has a fantastic storyline, great characters, & perfect pacing. It's not bully, it's not instalove, yet its dark & just right.

The writing is incredible. The author really brought the characters to life. The FMC is extremely likeable & in a tough situation. It's written in a way that her actions make a lot of sense, you're rooting for her & she's got great chemistry with the guys.

The guys are their own unique characters that are very distinguishable. Which is huge in rh in general. I felt like they were all needed & they all have their own dynamic with the FMC & with each other and as a group. They move at their own pace with the FMC & have really interesting back stories some of which were just scratching the surface on, so excited to get more on those. You know it's a good book when you come out with new book boyfriends.

I would not call this enemies-to-lovers I would say that there's some enemies to Lover's themes initially. I really love that we get a dark rh with a really great plot that isn't bullying and isn't full on enemies to Lover's in the first book. There's just enough enemies to lovers sprinkled in.

I felt like the relationships evolved organically from the situation. Such an enjoyable story, a great ride. Definitely recommend this audiobook :)

I read this book, and knew I would love it even more in an audiobook, and I wasn't wrong!!

The narrators did such an amazing job bringing these characters to life, and i love that it's dual narration.

When S Massery said she was trying a new genre with Thief, I was so excited! And she blew me away!! This is an amazing reverse harem, and I cant wait for more!!

This book is gonna take you on a wild ride, and you are gonna be invested in this story!

Yes, you saw that correctly. GREEK GODS! 😍 I love mythology references and retellings and am such a huge fan of this world she’s written.

So much happened in this book! Kora accidentally witnesses an intentional taking of life. In punishment, powerful erase her life. No job, no scholarship, no money…. Unless she makes a deal with some shady people to survive.

I cannot wait to see where this story leads. I’ve heard the spice levels go into overdrive as the series continues 🥵🥵

DUET narration is my favorite and this audio so well done! 😍

UNIQUE • FRESH • RIVETING • EPIC

I loved S. Massery’s world-building in this spectacularly gripping listen and the duet-style various POV narration by Addison and Tyler made each well-colored gripping scene come alive. I loved the suspense that ran through every single chapter as villains stepped in and out of the action and caused chaos, mischief and threatened death and destruction. I loved the slow-burn between all the carefully honed characters and I REALLY loved the sexual tension, chemistry and sexual possibilities that heated, flared and oozed with each fiery encounter between Kora and her three men. I loved the mystery, drama and continual twists that hit hard in this masterfully written book. In fact, I eagerly went straight into Book 2 at 1 something a.m. (I didn’t dare look at the clock 🤭🤫) after the CLIFFHANGER of this one!! But, this is a four book deal and the next must-have book has revelations and exciting drama and a BRUTAL cliffhanger too.. I mean I wanted to throw something at the wall 🤯😩😢. And now I’m waiting on the edge of my seat absolutely d e s p e r a t e for the next shocking instalment from this riveting world.. as war comes to the streets and gangs of Stirling Falls.

Worth a credit? Definitely. It’s a 4 credit deal really.. and, if you’re tempted now, then yes just go ahead and get them all - you won’t regret it.

OBSESSED!

This book is just as good, if not better, the second time around! There were a few things I had forgotten about, so I’m glad I got the chance to listen before I read Fighter.
With the performance, the only thing I have a complaint about is the male voice. In my head, he isn’t what the guys sound like because he sounds too old but it’s not rough enough in my opinion. But other than that I loved it!
The story is amazing and it’s shocking that this book is S Massery’s first reverse harem because it’s awesome! I’ll forever say it kind of had Madison Kate vibes which I think is FANTASTIC because that series was bomb!
I can’t wait to read/listen more to this series!

Holy hotness! what have I just read? This book hooked me from the start and didn't let me go. Now I need to process everything. Kora is such an amazing and interesting character, I love the way S. Massery developed her. The guys Jace, Apollo, and Wolfe, well this is an RH and the start of the series so I will leave them up for you to decide. It was a steamy read, with a trigger for some readers, it will have you reading all night long and then leave you wanting more, but so worth it!

10/10 recommend

I read it and loved it! The audiobook version is amazing! This is the first book in the Sterling Falls series, a Dark College/New-Adult Reverse Harem Romance. Kora and the Gods Ares (Wolfe), Apollo, and Hades (Jace) are intriguing and amazing characters. Kora is strong, and determined. The Gods run the Olympus, an exclusive fight club. They are protective, powerful, and enigmatic. Their story is steamy, intricate, and enthralling. The storyline is entertaining, dark, and suspenseful, filled with danger, mystery, and twists and turns. The world building is original, and mesmerizing! This is a fantastic first book in the series, and I am looking forward to listening to Fighter, the next book in the series. tyler Darby and Addison Barnes did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Author S. Massery never disappoints. I highly recommend it!
