Well done

Rosalyn Landor did an excellent job on this one. I’ve commented on other stories where her male characters sounded insipid and gave me an icky feeling rather than the description given by the author. She did a great job on this one.

The story was another great Lisa Kleypas work for this genre and the character arch for both leads was believable and fulfilling.

Hurry Lisa, write the next one!

Love Lisa Kleypas books...great story lines, great romance and humor. Looking forward to more of this series!

Good parts but unsatisfying overall.

I chose this book because I am a fan of some of the author’s other books. This one was not as good as others. It had a heavier subject when the missing child was involved.
The best part of this story was the lead male. He was honorable, persistent, compassionate, intelligent, handsome and successful. Even though I saw the appeal of the lead female character, I found it unrealistic how devoted he was to her while she was reckless. I felt like he was giving much more to the relationship then she was and it didn’t feel good to me. I can’t say that I would recommend this book.
The narrator was excellent.

Great story

I really like the plot and the depth of the characters. The story kinds of starts to end to early, not too long after the leading character end up together. From then on its all closure.

Such a good story

Loved this story from start to finish. It was fun and interesting as well as steamy and suspenseful (in a relationship sense).

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

I love this story so much. Lily being a independent and strong willed woman and Alex being determined to get exactly what he wants, this story has so many twists and turns that it’s like being on a roller coaster with true unconditional love and happiness being the end destination! I am most definitely going to have to listen to this 2 maybe even 3 more times!

great romantic story

it was a beautiful story. raw and powerful. I loved the characters. The sex scenes were well done and well into the book so the story was the focal point. looking forward to the next book. The narrator was good. Didn't take away from the story like some others do. Definitely worth the credit.

Fun easy entertainment

It’s a great little story to entertain. The heroine is a little bit different than in most historical romance novels and I like her spunk and the way Lisa let her roam the circles.
Some good conversations between hero and heroine. I think there could have been some more conversations and back stories about our hero but it’s still an entertaining read.
I like RL reading the books. I read some reviews saying she is to old or doesn’t have enough voices but whole she might not be the very best reader on many samples and books I have heard way worse and I find she has a great reading voice and timing!

Another Hit Series From LK

I listened to Then Came You after Gamblers, Book 2.I still was surprised and delighted by the characters in this book. Great story, great narrator and another winner from one of my favorite authors, Lisa Kleypas.
