An unexpected conclusion

All the pieces come together and secrets are revealed in this third book of the series. I found the conclusion to be quite touching.

C. D. Tavenor truly entertained me with this entire series. A great story with great characters.

Benjamin Fife delivered another fantastic performance. He really brought out each of the characters personalities and emotions.

3rd Book in this Series

This story was interesting to me, but more convoluted then the first 2 books in the Series.
The story is about finding Jill and the planet Horizon and decadence of the original crew that have been missing (assumed dead). The discovery of the Planet Horizon and the people and the cultures that developed on it after the sustained period in Suspension with the damage of memory loss.

Space adventures with AIs

Theren has left near Earth space for parts unknown, searching for answers.

Very well written and well narrated. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes epic space adventures.

A philosophical interesting space opera

This was an unusual space opera. It asks a lot of philosophical questions of what humanity must endure to develop into a connected race, with the ability to survive alien encounters, them being hostile or not.
It also asks the question if we as a race, need AI’s to be able to predicts the long terms consequences of our actions. In a way this book shows strategic moves very similar to those you make in a game of chess. It’s a very interesting books, and I will look into reading the rest of this series. It’s funny how you at times have a hard time determining who are the antagonists and who are the protagonists, but that’s part of what makes this book so interesting. It’s a book where nothing is what it seems, so it will keep you glued to the pages from start to finish.
The narrator are really great too. He were able to change his voice between the different characters and bring nuances forward while preforming the book. I warmly recommend it to fans of sci-fi and philosophy.
I got the audio version of this book for free, and borrowed the KU version on Amazon. I find that being able to go over details in the written copy enhances my experience. Since I loved the book, I am now leaving a voluntary review.
