I love KL Slater but…
I love KL Slater and especially Lucy Price-Lewis as the narrator, but this book is very slow. I listened to the entire book so it was horrible but it wasn’t good either. If it wasn’t for the narrator I would have certainly given up on this one. The ending was good but very rushed! I wish the entire book had more of what the ending offered. Ugh I hate leaving bad reviews. I try not to leave a review if it isn’t positive but there are so many other KL Slater books that are great this is just not one of them in my opinion.

Don't know why ?
I'm not sure why I didn't totally enjoy this book. At times it seemed slow and boring, too much inner thoughts and not enough actual conversations. However I listened to the entire story,so that should mean something. I did enjoy the twists and turns in the plot and surprises.

Enjoyed the clean story
A thrilling convoluted story with several twists and turns throughout. The big twist at the end was quite revealing. I recommend this story for the young adult reader.

Totally unexpected ending
