It takes commitment, but well worth it!!

I tried out the 7-day supercharge plan from this guide, and wow, was it eye-opening. It really proved the link between feeling good in your head and taking care of your body. The simple tips on getting active or increasing your activity levels, setting doable goals, and understanding myself better made a big difference. The checklist for better sleep was a winner—I started each day feeling refreshed. I'm still working on ditching a bad habit which is going to be tough, but the guide gives me the tools so it's really up to me. Now, with a healthier routine, I wake up happy and go to bed satisfied. Supercharger

The author’s claims are bold: To harness that kind of mastery over you physical and mental well-being in 7 days is no walk in the park…. or is it?

I have never come across a book before that emphasis the physical and mental aspects of health in tandem in order to create an environment of well-being.

Kudos to the author, BV Healthy Living, for coming at health from such a unique angle.

Every health trope is reignited from a unique new perspective, including good sleep, achievement of tasks, self-awareness, and more.

Very Applicable!

I really enjoyed this book. A lot of the things they talked about really align with my beliefs.
There is an awesome interactive PDF to go along with the things the book talks about which I think is great. It’s fun and colorful.
Surprisingly one of the things I liked the most of the book was the part about cleaning and how to clean your mattress haha

Excellent program for mental and physical health!

The Two Pillars of Power provides a highly useable holistic approach to mental and physical health. Like myself and so many readers or listeners, one of the authors had an injury which caused time away from exercise and in turn impacted mental health. This can also occur in the opposite direction, with mental health impacting physical well being. The authors present exercise, sleep, and nutrition in a very leverageable manner - you can do this! The section on goal setting, which in my experience can really boost mental health, is unique in that it does not merely present the SMART goals format - it demonstrates examples of how to set each. This makes it much more useable for readers or listeners encountering the SMART goal concept for this first time. This is a powerful title for life change, highly recommended!
