I heard Shanna on a podcast and loved her from the start. Tracking down her book was my very next step. This book goes in my "life changing" category. When it ended, I was sad because I wanted it to keep going. I will read again immediately as there is so much meat, I really need to take notes. I may even have to buy the hard copy so I can highlight the crap out of it and put post it notes on 3/4 of the pages (probably more). I need this playing constantly in my head. Shanna is a gifted writer, coach and narrator. I'm certain she's a higher being than all of us and she's WONDERFUL! Thank you Shanna for this book!
