Howard Falco is a peak performance coach, mindfulness expert and spiritual teacher. He is the author of two powerful books on human understanding and potential, I AM: The Power of Discovering Who You Really Are (Tarcher/Penguin Sep 2010) and Time in A Bottle: Mastering the Experience of Life (Tarcher/Penguin April 20114). His teachings specialize in the realization of the power we each have within to create exactly what we desire. On the surface Howard seems to be the everyday regular guy. However, after asking some of the "big" questions in life this married father of two went through dramatic shift in consciousness that revealed more about life than he ever imagined knowing.
