If you're in marketing and you want to grow your business or if you're interested in starting a marketing business, you need to read this book. There is so much information in here that will help you grow your business. I just finished listening to the audio book and I am going to listen to it again while I follow along with the kindle version so I can take notes and start implementing the tactics and practices detailed in this book to help get my own business headed in a more profitable direction from the start.

Josh does an amazing job of laying out step by step, an extensive process for building a successful 7 Figure Agency. From niche selection and prospecting, to the tools to keep your lead flow active and prosperous, Josh leaves no stone unturned in his book. I highly recommend this as an essential tool in building your profitable agency.

Just what I needed

I stopped my freelance web design company and began a 9 to 5 job because my income was too inconsistent. I was constantly in survival mode and I could never figure out how to use my skills to build consistent sustainable income much less how to grow. This book not only changed my perspective from focusing on individual projects to prioritizing monthly services, it provided step by step instructions from client acquisition to retention. I am really excited to restart my business and apply what I have learned. I wish I had this book 10 years ago!

Helpful book for any digital marketing agency

I’ve been a digital agency owner for 17 years. This book validated and confirms the direction I’ve already been moving towards with my agency. This book definitely had some solid takeaways and is worth a listen. I wish I had read it 17 years ago.
The only caveat I should mention, which is not the author's fault - but just a fact about technology - when you write a book about anything tech related it becomes obsolete the moment you publish it. As a result, some of the information about SEO in this book is already outdated. However, there are so many resources online to give you modern SEO strategies so don’t worry about it too much.
The author also mentioned a downloadable roadmap but I couldn't find the PDF on audible to accompany the audiobook. Minus one star for that!
