A new drinking game

I really enjoyed this book and look forward to book 4. I think they could do with less mention of phantom cracked armor (PCA) though. I seriously think that if you and a group of adults were listening to this, the mention of PCA would get someone pretty drunk.

Love the story narration gets better

Love the story and character developments. Narration in the first book feels like he’s always yelling in your ear but by the third book it gets better.

Why did I wait so long to get this?

I have read on many forums that this series was great. That was a lie this series is excellent! The 4th book comes out in a few days after this post I’m so incredibly excited! Well Worth the credit!

Conflicted

The narration of the story is excellent, but the narration of the dialogue and/or conversation between characters is not. It would have been better if he maintain the pitch used when narrating the story for the character interaction. The back and forth between "bad acting" and awesome narration made me conflicted. I wanted to quit but then continue to listen in hopes it got better over time. Overall the book I enjoy so far, but the dialogue between characters needs work.

great book and voice actor is made it come to life!

the story line did not just drag on. keep getting better and took a few turns I didn't expect but was very happy to have happen! can't wait for the rest of the books!

I should have listened sooner

I really enjoyed this book(s). Great value for the credit and great book for the character's, story, and universe. I'll be continuing this story as long as they are available.

The story and pace is good but the side story was ok I could do without

it's not great a second time.

The story is great for a first read but the second time around the MC comes off as a jerk. complains about how unfair the world is because of levels. Then turns around and does the same thing only looking out for his own.

Yeah, getting this was so worth it. and i really love mara and leon. Also, the side story of Melinda was really good

A power leveling fantasy worth the grind.

The authors “world/universe” building is great without being boring. There were a few charts in the first book that aren’t fun to listen instead of see visually but other then that the books are really addictive and the ride is a blast. I genuinely love the chars I should and hate the ones I should as well lol.
