Knowledge is power, buy this!

Dr. Jack really helps shed so much natural light on our healthy lifestyle goals! Don't knock new knowledge until you've given it a chance. I now need to buy the physical version for the checklists. Ha! #livethefuel
The only feedback is I wish he did his own read and narration.

What is Paleo eating?

Great info, but no regard for levels of troublesome oxalatesand no detail on how to eat Paleo.

Highly recommended for everyone, MUST READ

If you could sum up The Paleo Cardiologist in three words, what would they be?

Live Long and Be Thankful for the knowledge

What other book might you compare The Paleo Cardiologist to and why?

None, Paleo Cardiologist explains everything in details, and how to keep yourself healthy. I recently had a heart attack and been on Statin pills for many years, this was a full wake up call and to help reverse plaque build up.

wake up call to health

very informative, makes you more aware of your surroundings in every aspect of your life . I love how the Paleo Cardiologist does not try to gently disagree with the SICKCARE system . He is a strong force of good health and doesn't care about the old way of treating people . he is looking for the healthiest way and the only way to better health .I love this book !

Wow

Great book, lots of information. After my first listen my main take away, everything I am doing is killing me. Also, if I try and implement all these things at one I am gonna fail. For the next 30 days, I am going to stick to a paleo diet and try to add as much organic paleo as I can. Also I will get more sunshine.

Next 30 days, less plastic in my life. And so on.
If you are going to do this and you have a busy schedule I suggest you do the same if you are overwhelmed by all of this info.

Valuable Book, worth the read.

Would you listen to The Paleo Cardiologist again? Why?

No, once I listen to a non-fiction book like this, if I like the book, then I order the print version for reference. Especially for a book like this, with lists and recipes.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Paleo Cardiologist?

Author is a cardiologist who is now practicing Functional Medicine and he gives a good overview of and rationale for Functional Medicine principles.

Did Marcus Freeman do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

The Narrator Marcus Freeman, does not know how to pronounce many of the technical and medical terms, which is distracting. And there is a technical issues where the narration skips a small section of the book.
