Great workable advice

I have read several books on anxiety, and this is the first one I am excited to pass on to friends in need. This book is well-organized and extremely easy to follow, and there is a suggestion for all. I have already begun implementing a few of these suggestions in my daily life, and they have been helping keep me grounded and less anxious. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with overthinking and anxiety. It's an excellent resource for anyone wanting to make positive changes and regain control of their lives.
