She delivers mail by day and solves mysteries by night. But when a hurricane reveals a dead body, will her first case be her last?

Pretty good

The narrator was pretty good. The story seemed "typical" so I was definitely surprised in the end.

Cute

This was a cute and very entertaining book. This is a mail lady and a going to be private eye. Elizabeith Stitchway is on her route during a hurricane warning. She almost finishes but she has a mishap with her mail truck. She then finds a body and then starts her adventure. This is the first book i have read by this author. It was cute and entertaining.

I will definitely like to read more in this series. I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.

The narrator did a great job with the voices.

Not for me

I had a difficult time getting through this book. The characters were unrealistic and undeveloped. I don't know of any postal worker who would risk their life to deliver mail when a hurricane was coming. That doesn't make sense. And, unfortunately Elizabeth doesn't get better. She is incredibly immature and not believable as a private investigator in training, because, I'm sure she would realize that she is putting her future in danger by taking a case without supervision or a license. I also seriously doubt that a police detective would work with and actively involve an aspiring P. I. who has no formal training. Also, $1000 bills are very rare and have not been in circulation for decades. These are a few examples of the inconsistencies in the book that made me wonder if it went through the editing process.

On the plus side, Ginger White does a very good job performing this book. She provided a different voices for all of the characters. She really did a great job with this book and made it bearable to listen to.
