Realistic excellence

A down to earth story that captures the many facets of life, investing, and the ups and downs in both. Educational and entertaining.

Excellent!

Gives you a taste of knowledge, but in story form with characters. Making it easier, in my mind, to understand how Real Estate investment works. A very enjoyable read.

Great listen

Overall a great listen, but it does skip ahead a lot towards the end of the story.

Great story, great content and beautifully presented. So many books these days present an idea and then belabor it to death with myriad examples. This story gives the reader all the information they need without the repetition, so refreshing!!

I bought it & finished in 36 hours or so 🔥. Through my audible app, I saw this audiobook in the suggestions. Upon reading the short writing on what it was about, I was intrigued to know: what will he have to say?

This passage about the book in the audible store is different in that he didn't tell you what the investments were, the formula was, or that it was the only right way. When I listened to the audiobook it was fiction based upon real life as we as know it: education, work, health and fitness, family, marriage, children, service to people, etc. The main family - Ryan & Carissa + children - had what they needed to experience the life of their dreams within them but their financial situation clouded just how close they were. A mentor couple who did the work of developing them instead of bullying them were key in helping them to convert the mess into a message.

Tough choices were made, gratification was delayed, covenants were renewed and fortified 💪🏾, and abundance was created. Abundance in time with family, abundance in provision, abundance in health. A book like this is great for family night, a road trip, travel of any other sort, or as a book study.

Life changing

This book is extremely well written and a great story to be able to help more people escape the 9-5 rat race. Rich does an outstanding job narrating the story. Would give it ten stars if I could.

Absolutely Loved This Book

I first heard about Rich and Kathy on Brandon Turner’s podcast. I immediately bought this book and absolutely loved it. This is a great read written in a way that tells a great story, and illustrates the importance of financial literacy and balance to create a great life.

Captivating!

A lot of investment books give you a lot of jargon and knowledge, but seldom do finish the book having FELT the content. Rich does an amazing job of bringing the reading deep into the story and helping you feel the importance of his chapters

The author, Rich Fettke, does an amazing job of telling this story. The writing is thoughtful and engaging. I like the authentic and entertaining approach to the characters, read by the author, made me feel like I was present. The lessons are extremely helpful. There are lessons in numerous areas of life. I recommend this book and or audio presentation to anyone who is looking to improve their life!
