Favorite one so far

I feel like the other 4 book were kinda slow and did the actually push any plot… I could be wrong, but it’s just how I felt about it. They were still good.

This one was actually so great! I was so happy to have some action and more emotions from the characters. Not as much of people getting hit in the right thigh with something… which was an annoying detail I noticed over and over again in the other books. Can’t wait for the 6th book!

The saga continues…

All the twists and turns I’ve come to expect to surprise me, with a satisfying wrapping up of the tale, for now.

Good story line except for the excessive wars

Excellent storyline but it was a little too much murdering of main characters. I liked the characters and their rolls they played. I was able to over look the things I did not like for example Alia coming in the picture from know where. I didn’t like how the bad guys was giving so much power but that actually kept it so interesting. I enjoyed how Gui had to develop into his power to fight against the enemy. Although he was a God he lived as a human and was very humble. He required the assistance of his friends to avoid getting killed by his foes that was stronger than him. I didn’t like the dying and coming back crap and how others would go into this other world to bring certain people back from death or near death but it was enough other scenes for me to overlook this and continue to enjoy the book.

I absolutely love this narrator. He’s always awesome. I deliberately buy books when I see him as the narrator.

Better that the previous books

This volume is better that it’s predecessors. The characters don’t have amnesia every other paragraph. So in that sense it is a big improvement. The story was enjoyable and i am looking forward to seeing how it ends.

Simply M.A.D

Nice little side story. A bit filler but with a lot of important things that happen. A little predictable. Despite that however extremely well done and left wanting to know the fate of certain characters. Not the highest book in the series but the series is so good that it means nothing not being the highest.
