Encouraging and uplifting
I like this author's positive outlook on this issue. The author doesn't beat you up for being a naturally more sensitive person but encourages you to use that attribute in a positive way. And the positive affirmations were great. They were so empowering. I'm always amazed by how much of a difference it makes when you spend your time in encouraging and uplifting words.

I've learned that being highly sensitive isn't just a trait but a gift. I love how the author shows the intersection of high sensitivity with neurodivergence - I have a new perspective of myself as someone with ADHD - less as burdened and more as uniquely equipped. What really resonated with me was feeling equipped with confidence at work and especially in personal relationships. The author and warm narration encourages you to leverage your sensitivity as a strength rather than shy away from it. I’ve never read or thought of books about highly sensitive people before and I thought they were great!
If you are a person that is prone to being sensitive these books are perfect for you. They go over how you may be feeling and the difference in your feelings than other people. Then they teach you what to do with those feelings so they don’t swallow you up.
I love that it’s a bundle as well! Great books.

So valuable, and not just for young adults
I really enjoyed this audiobook. I started with the Affirmations first. It's inspiring and motivating. And eventhough I got this audiobook collection for my kids, who are young adults and teens, I really enjoyed the information to better undesrtand myself. Highly recommend if you want to know why you feel sensitive and how to become more resilient and productive.
