LITRPG masterpiece
I didn’t realize how much I needed this book. I’m a huge fan of the LitRPG genre but Im’ so tired of authors placing the emphasis on stats and RPG mechanics over the actual story and character development. This book series is fantastic because it makes the story the center piece and the main characters have actual growth, not just in stats but in their personality. However, what took this series into another whole level of amazingness were the two narrators phenomenal performance, I can’t overstate enough how great they both were and now I’m sad because it’s going to be hard trying to find another series that is this fantastic.

I enjoy the attempt
one of those books that has adult themes but are handled with the clunky hands. the maturity of the protagonist is sporadic, swinging from well articulated emotionally mature to an idiot in a few chapters.

Surprisingly Excellent
I'd not heard of it before starting the box set and I must say I've fallen in love with this series! Especially with the Soundbooth Theater audio at they really bring the characters and world of Archemi to life. To be entirely transparent I got the set for free with a code, and during the first 30m or so I wasn't sure how I felt about the first book, but by the time I was an hour in I was absolutely hooked. If I had any credits left for the year I would buy the rest of the series, but since I don't I'm waiting to see if another box set comes out before my subscription renewal and the wait is killing me! I love the characters, the system, the foreshadowing, the story, how everything ties together, and the descriptions by the MC are fantastic.
