Commit to a healthy brain plan

Informative book about ways to enhance brain health. A plant-based diet, exercise, and socialization are essential to accomplish this goal. The author provides steps and direction on how brain health can be accomplished realistically.

Very useful info

Loved it. Easy to follow and execute. I’m trying two new recipes a week and using a glucose monitor to track my levels

Succinct

I have read several WFPB informative books. This is one of the most excellent, succinct plans that will give you the knowledge to enable you to start immediately on the road to recovery for any ailment with the brain the most important.

Excellent Read

This book has everything you need to put you on a healthy path to brain health and a healthy body. The NEURO plan is so important to overall health and vitality. Nutrition, exercise, unwind, restore and optimize. I highly recommend either reading or listening to this book

I am living their solution thanks for brain health

definitely worth committing to this total neuro solution if you have or have had or have rather mild cognitive impairment or decline, and of course a plan for prevention of anything worse as Alzheimer's. multiple TBI survivor here, has seen a couple breakthroughs in this area in recent years, and there are sometimes conflicting practices in nutrition especially but an important point that's brought out here and In other writings is the need to have customization or personalization... what the work of this couple and supportive studies is credible and results are proven by case histories and I hope to join the successful 'graduates' of the 30 day solution transforming my life... . as I write this I am only in the first week of the plan but I've seen improvements in energy, brain thinking clarity even if slow for now, clearing of brain fog. with a clear understanding of the focus of my life my goals and how I can help others, and I will admit that the first few days I certainly could of looked for some more calories as I was hungry but definitely worth the practice and I look forward to the transformation going forward. FYI, practically I've already lost 5 lb of first week and the improvement in brain is improving my control over my left side spasticity and effects from foot drop. this isn't obviously a huge clinical study but it's my experience. Great information that we all need to seriously embrace. Thanks for your work and getting this information out to people.
After watching my father suffer with dementia, I can only imagine what his health and quality of life could have been had he been informed and embraced this healthy lifestyle..
