Cute, fun, emotional
I laughed. I cried. I got turned on. Some parts were a little cheesy but I like cheesy romcoms 🤷🏻♀️ it was cute. I cried at hearing some of the MCs back stories. I laughed through their adorable awkward moments and witty jokes. It was overall a feel good read and I will be seeking out more books from this author.
The narrator was good. Her voice was pleasant.

Cute
This is a sweet contemporary romance. I love that these characters are "older" as you don't usually see main characters in their 40s. I also loved how they had very real problems that they needed to overcome.

Narrator bothered me
I liked the story however the narrator would drag her ending words out which made this tedious to get through rather than bring joy. I just didn’t like her holding on to the words where it didn’t need it.
