Great listen.

Great listen. I didn't feel like it was too repetitive or filled with self-promotion, like many self-help books. There were several helpful strategies I plan on implementing, and I've highlighted many parts of the book I plan to reflect on. I've also shared some of the insight from this book with my partner.

Insightful an informative presentation

Very VERY well presented. The book doesn’t get bogged down in redundant or unnecessary hyperbole, keeping the book brief and to the point yet doesn’t miss any of the working points. To anyone contemplating this read I would say; don’t think “simple,” or “short,” means the book might not adequately cover the material. The author, Noah Grayton, makes an insightful presentation on a problem we all have at some time(s) or another.

Productive life.

Love the way this book is written with the chronic procrastinator in mind - there's a lot of personal content which helps the reader feel 'normal' but offers a lot of practical help that is tried and tested to be easily implemented. I love the conversational style of the text which makes this a very easy book to read, but with some many nuggets of valuable information for anyone wanting to really move past the "monkey in the brain" and be more productive.

Procrastination be gone!

This book the most helpful book on dealing with the bad habit of procrastination that I have read. It has made a positive impact on my life since I have started applying what I read. The book provides many step by step tools that can be used to counteract the thought processes that contribute to procrastination. Procrastination is a learned habit and in the past 5 years I have gotten very good at it. When the author described the thoughts he had when he procrastinated they were mine exactly. He has been there, obviously.

Very profound. Very common sense.

As someone who chronically struggled with procrastination, I have often tried to read books and articles on the subject. However, I was hardly ever impressed until I listen to this book. So many A-ha and Wow moments. Yet, everything in the book looked commonsense. I duff my hat to Nils for his gift of the pen and depth of knowledge and research into the subject of procrastination. Stop Procrastinating is simply a fantastic listen.

Great compilation

I'm a self-help junkie and still found several nuggets of wisdom within the pages. Best of all, it is concise and to the point so reading it didn't become just another way to procrastinate
