Great narration

I have to admit: after reading Avalanche of Desire, I was afraid to pick up another book by this author. It wasn't my cup of tea and it always leaves me a bit skeptical when it comes to give an author another chance.

Well... With Steps, Bea Paige managed to convince me of her exceptional writing skills and exceed my expectations in so many ways. This book has that darkness I love, balanced out perfectly within the different characters. It is raw, cruel even and yet hauntingly beautiful. What happens when the characters are toeing the fine line between passion and obsession. This book is one of the few books that actually makes me obsess about continuing. I want to see where this is going and I don't mind losing sleep over it. This book is a must read and the audioversion really adds that extra perspective. I love the accents and voices.

Dark, Sexy and Beautiful

Tortured souls finding peace in each other will always be a winner to listen to. This book had me turned on at one moment, scared the next and then infuriated after that. Definitely worth the listen.

Very good book! I'm getting ready to listen to book 2 in the series. The narration was spot on!

male narrator is sooo bad

The story is just okay and barely started so I might read the rest. It's obvious this story will stretch out over several books and I hate when authors do that especially this one cause it just ends, no ending just ends. the female has a good voice just the writing is boring and repetitive

Dark, steamy, tragic and haunting

What an outstanding work. It pulls you in and just won’t let go. A dark and haunting take of damaged people who find ways to navigate their darkness together. Slow build harem but plenty of steam. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Just the start

This book was recommended in one of my book groups. Let’s just say if you love tortured souls, strong h and broken H’s the. This is for you. This has mystery, heartbreak, some great oral, and fantastic steamy scenes. I can get lost in Shaun Grindell’s voice and I came to like Rachael Bereaford. Great 1st book in the series.

Dark AF....

This was a great audible. Lots of twists and turns. Plot twist that I never would have thought of. Yet dark. Dark as in reaching into the deepest part of your mind and not wanting to let go. It’s worth the credit.

i loved it was great all around including narrations listened to series at atleast 3 times straight through looking foward to other Bea page stories of classic reverse harem /bdsm type stories

Bad choice !

Too much drama, too much inner dialogue and little to no story development. And another book indicated as RH with no moment between all. It was really boring, no consistency and I didn't like the narration at all.
