This was a very helpful guide for someone who has never attempted a mud-run. The author does a good job of managing expectations, outlining proper preparation all while managing not to overwhelm the listener. With this perfect blend of practical advice, detailed workouts and motivational encouragement, I recommend this as a must-read for anyone thinking about participating in their first mud-run.
