An engaging and easy read.

An engaging and easy read. This book covered a range of practical social scenarios with techniques that can easily be put into practice. Personally, I found that it touched on a topic related to my everyday social behavior (a response) that helped me to recognize my behavior as a reflection of my self-image. Highly introspective. This one deserves a second read.

Realistic & Eye opening

This book let me know I wasn’t weird after all. It just showed me how the way our mind can process information wrong in social settings making you take things the wrong way. This book lightened my anxiety in social settings and really gave me great tools to use in every day settings.

I could probably handle better.

This book is great for people struggling with socializing. It thoroughly explains the do's and don't of socializing to help people gain confidence in what they are doing in social situations. For me struggling with social anxiety, it helped assure me that what I'm doing is not "bad behavior." It also educated me on other situations that I could probably handle better.

If I were a single man this would work.

This book needs to be retitled. Its goal is more for having confidence with women, or dating.
