Drawing on wisdom from many great spiritual traditions, Dr. Chopra reveals how spiritual insights can be used to successfully navigate the seven stages of love: attraction, infatuation, courtship, intimacy, surrender, passion, and ecstasy. Through the stories of others, we come to recognize the blocks we put in the way of our own happiness. And with the help of specific exercises, we learn to overcome those obstacles by increasing the role of spirit in our lives and loves.
The Path to Love is a remarkable melding of Eastern wisdom and Western pragmatism, of ancient knowledge and scientific research, which has become the trademark of Dr. Chopra's work. Philosophical, inspirational, and ultimately very practical, this is an audiobook that can change lives as it invites spirit to work its wonders on the most complex and richly rewarding terrain of all: the human heart.

"Simply and encouragingly describing the Vedic concept of the divinity of the Self, he proves himself here to be the most effective disseminator and translater of ancient Vedic wisdom for Western audiences in recent times." (Publishers Weekly)
I finished the Power of Now and jumped right into this book. I like that Deepak talks about letting go of all your inhibitions and just let love flow. For many of us we get into relationships and at first they’re fast and furious. It’s all good, but then we get married and we let our Ego’s get in the way. Read this book to learn how to get past your Ego and just enjoy your partner.
"For deep and mature minds."
I wish I read this book when I was alot younger. I'm 28 and I struggle with loving men. I love myself way too much to love a man. But listening to this has helped me realise certain things about life. Definitely recommend
