I'm a chronic procrastinator.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Now Habit to be better than the print version?

For an ADD person like me, reading the book would probably bore me to hell.
I did buy the Japanese translation of the print version after listening to this audio edition to for re-reads.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from The Now Habit?

I got to understand the mechanism of procrastination through this book. It doesn't solve everything, but it gives you hope by your clear understanding of why you procrastinate in the first place. I already recommend this book to my close friends that suffer from procrastination like I do.

Life changing!

This book has helped me significantly. It goes into the psychology and why and how to kick the habit of procrastination. This book is so valuable and full of great information. It was like a missing key. People were complaining about the narration but it did not bother me whatsoever. I just needed help! From start to finish it is loaded with insight and I would say my procrastination habit is being kicked to curb and I am at least 60% more productive since listening to this book. It really is that helpful. It also comes with a pdf that is helpful. You will receive many tools to cope with anxiety and how to change your faulty thinking in regards to work. I have read countless articles and watched YouTube video after YouTube video but this is the only thing that has actually helped. God bless Dr. Neil Fiore! I am very grateful!

Overall a helpful springboard

I was inspired by this book and have put some of the suggestions in place. It helped me understand myself and others who also procrastinate.
The narrating is not the best but can be forgiven since it's the author himself. I increased the speed of listening which helped.

This is a question about the materials included

The audiobook includes PDF files, but where can I access them?
I am using this venue because there’s no way to ask a question.

Best procrastination book I have ever read

I picked up this audio book after hearing "The Now Habit" recommended on several productivity blogs whose authors I respect. This is the best book on productivity I have ever read. Fiore describes the psychological root causes for procrastination, and provides several very sensible and doable strategies for attacking the causes.

Some reviewers have complained about the quality of the narration. Personally I think the criticisms are exaggerated. The book is narrated by the author, Neil Fiore, and he has a nice reading voice. Yes, at the beginning of the book his reading is a slow and a bit tentative, and this was mildly distracting. However, by about 1/5 into it, Fiore hits his stride and after that it was a pleasure to listen to.

Fantastic. I will definately also be picking up the printed book.
