Good

The story is interesting, but it's not life changing knowledge. Still worth the read though.

Excellent read

Excellent read, however I wish it would have been more instructional vs. storytelling thus 4 stars vs. 5.

As a coach in Jiu Jitsu

This book was 100% on the nose. It helps me with my students when they are preparing for competitions and also helps me in everyday life with the practices that he talks about.

Worth a credit for sure.

Good. It works

Good information in a short & too the point format.

Only shortcoming is that more examples of application would have been handy.

Good book, have recommended it to others.

Great content!

The book is written by a high achiever that has put to paper lessons that he learned from his martial arts instructor and put to use as a Navy pilot and a Federal Law Enforcement Special Agent. The book has quite a few gems for the listener. The techniques described fall in line with a lot of other mental training books that I have read. I really wish authors would hire professional narrators, but I looked past the mediocre narration and paid attention to the excellent content. Recommended.
