True happiness is an "inside job". Look at a happy person's life and you don't see any magic or unicorns. There's nothing in them that isn't also in you. I've read and listened to a lot of self-help books on happiness/relief of depression and I was surprised by this one; it's short but focused. Ideal for busy people who want to get quickly to the advise instead of listening to a lot of filling. The style of narration is not my favorite, but I got used to it quit quickly. Recommended download.
