Freaky and ineffective

This is awful! You can hear the freaky "subliminal" messages and they sound much like an obscene phone call. Disturbing - and a waste of time and money!

Gave me nightmares

Super creepy. I honestly had nightmares after trying to listen to this. Make sure to listen to the sample before buying.

Not impressed.

Waste of time and money. Sound quality is very bad. Narrator mumbles and you can't understand what he is saying.

Effective

I’ve listened to several subliminal exercises. I like the effectiveness and the length is reasonable enough to listen to every day in the background.

Do you want life to be a constant fight?

One of the subliminal messages is “fight for what you want.” If id have known continued struggle was built into the subliminal messages, I never would have purchased this audio. Get up and move? Hell yes! Make progress today? Absolutely! Take action now? Yes! Theses are positive ways to frame the need to actively engage in the process. Fight for what you want is outdated patriarchal bullshit. The performance is good, but the ideology is inherently flawed.

Joel is one of the best hypnotists ever

As a hypnotherapist, I can tell you that Joel Thielke is one of the best. I found him after I first started using hypnosis and my life has changed for the better as a result.
Old habits have fallen away and I make progress towards my goals, one of which is menopausal weight removal.
I use his hypnosis and subliminal tracks to help me change bad habits and establish good ones easily and effortlessly.
If you don’t understand the subconscious mind, then at the least follow his instructions and use each track for at least 21 days straight before you dismiss these subliminals.
I recommend you use the subliminals and hypnosis programs together. They really do work.
I will update all of my reviews when I hit my second goal.
My first was to drop under 180 lbs…I have accomplished that. My next goal is to drop under 170.
Joel’s subliminal and hypnosis tracks combined with walking, moderate exercise and food tracking are my weight donation tools.

Amazing!

I know it seems like a gimmick, but it has helped to keep me motivated. I wouldn't have been able to stay as consistent without this audiobook. I have lost a total of 20 lbs in 8 months, I workout 4-6 days a week. when I take a break from this audiobook I dread exercising. Give it a try it can't hurt.
