    "A quick overview "

This book is like a quick guide for someone who has found them selves in a relationship with an ACOA. Its a good book for people to pick up if you want to understand how an ACOA functions in, not just intimate relationships, but friendships as well.

    "This book is very helpful"

I can relate to every word
The struggle and the emotions that I have are normal for my experience with my childhood. I can look to make the changes to my life now.

I have a rather eclectic love of books. I know what I like and I tend not to be a severe critic. If I enjoyed it, it gets 4 or 5 stars.

    "Another good one"

Just like her prior book Adult Children of Alcoholics, this is an insightful book, although, once again, it lacks solutions to the problems.
