"Best sleep I've had for months"
At the beginning I thought this will never work I thought I would give it a try I had nothing to loose, I started it at 12.30 I don't think I was half way through then my phone started ringing I look at the clock couldn't believe it it was 9.15 this morning it's the first nights sleep I've had for months
I fell asleep and stayed a sleep for a few hours which is really good for me. I'm going to continue to listen for 30 days to see it fixes my sleep.
