Throughout the spiritual classic The Power of Now are specific practices and clear keys that show us how to discover for ourselves the 'grace, ease, and lightness' that comes when we simply quiet our thoughts and see the world before us in the present moment.
Practicing the Power of Now is a carefully arranged series of excerpts from the The Power of Now that directly gives us those exercises and keys. Return to those words, reflect on the words, reflect even on the space between the words and - maybe over time, maybe immediately - you'll discover something of life-changing significance.

Eckhart Tolle is an author, a teacher, that people should listen to and be aware of. Take on what he teaches, and give the being you truly are the proper placement in this grand God created design.
I find these teachings to be very useful, especially for Christians who tend to allow their past to control them.
I review requires at least 20 words which takes you out of there now to this point in time where I am present moment awareness living in the now creates spontaneous right action
this book is life changing. The topic is consciousness, and if you listen with an open mind and an open heart and proceeded to look at yourself with honesty you can apply this to your life and become the best you that you can be.
Until I learn the lessons here. Tolle has a soothing voice, so I listen to his book if I have trouble sleeping. His teachings are just what I need to practice if I want to stay sane. This is just another one of my additions to my "can't get enough" of Eckhart Tolle. I highly recommend this particular Tolle book which makes staying in the now more understandable.
