I feel calm listening
I like the book. The voice is nice and the pace is optimal for me. It is not easy to catch all the things for the first time, but I enjoy listening again and again. When I listen to it I feel calm.

Listening Multiple Times
This book captures the most salient, thought inducing points of "the Power of Now" plus ways to practice and incorporate them into your life. It has become my "Go to" listen, not only for gaining more depth of understanding, but also to calm and focus myself, and especially when anxiety-ridden challenging days happen. A must own!
