Improves living

This course has given me tools for living with major depression disorder and anxiety. I can't know if it would be right for you, but it could be and I recommend trying it.

its a lifestyle

mindfullnes is a way to be more happy, the cientific formation of the instructor takes away esoteric view of these practice and adapt to the actual way of western life. Very recommended.

So pleased this was my first free Audible book

I loved every chapter of this book and found myself literally becoming more and more mindful each day. Highly recommended for those struggling with Anxiety or related illnesses.

some gems of wisdom

in the beginning, this was a struggle to listen to. it appeared disjointed and rambling. the sections on driving, eating, and some others seemed wordy, like he was padding the course. However, the segments on compassion, kindness, forgiveness, and grief are worth the entire course. I am glad I listened to this course.
