I found this audiobook to be right up my ally in terms of pace, music and the meditation guidance. I don't have much time through the day to listen to meditations - but I can did it early in the morning. This meditation was about 20-30 minutes long, with the rest being nature sounds and music. I listened to all of it because the soundtrack on this is quite peaceful. Since I am trying to meditate on a daily basis, I will be incorporating this book into my everyday morning routine. I'm satisfied with what I heard and definitely feel this meditation will benefit me in the long (and short) term.
great book to get your self into a state of tranquility. I would recommend this to anyone if you want to exercise your mind.
