If you haven't experienced a recorded program with Jack Kornfield you are in for a treat. He is humane, insightful, kind and filled with gentle humor. These guided meditations and introduction talks will have you in tears one minute and laughing the next. Supportive and really excellent if you are recovering from a health set back--physical or emotional. Calming, centering and positive. I can't say enough about this wonderful recording. Just fantastic. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed 2 of healing meditations and found them helpful. The 3rd used imagery that I disagree with but found it easy to supply a corresponding picture that fits me better. Overall, I would recommend these to a spiritually mature person. I expect to order another Audible book of Jack Kornfield's meditations (since I like be guided in meditation at this point).
