Fitness is the one area of your life you should be obsessed about if you want to live a happy and long life. I created this book because I see many personal trainers around that don't give their clients the fundamental keys to have a great mindset so they don't get the body they want.
The world conditions you to believe that you need to look a certain way or you should feel bad about yourself. I go into the truth about what's really going on inside the fitness industry and how you can put the right information in your head so you can stay motivated.
I want to give you everything I know so you can get the body you want, but also learn what motivates you because everyone's different. I feel a lot of people would like to have the body of their dreams but struggle to have the energy to get through the day.
This book will set up a system for you so your stress will decrease and your energy will explode. We will define your ideal fitness plan and diet, and find out what motivates you. We'll also set up some easy rituals we take action on throughout the day and show you how to feel confident and attractive right now.

I thought this was a bit basic and would have been better with a bit of research. In summary the author talks about the power of positive thought and learning to love yourself for who you really are (and not what you look like - even though that's the ultimate goal). I felt it was a bit obvious and superficial. Some interesting observations about charismatic personality types and pattern behaviour, but really, most of this info you will already know from watching ads on TV.
