Soothing narration with clear instructions
I enjoyed the methods provided here for energy cleansing and reiki healing. It provided a nice break in the day for some much needed me time. For me, it's an easy way to consciously unwind and really relax.
This is a very peaceful meditation that I fully enjoyed. Wonderful and calming narration with some simple but great techniques that can be used even when not meditating. Love the message, love the mindfulness practices and love the voice.
