Why not use this time (while you are asleep) to realize your potential?

I have noticed a great change in my relationships. I no longer rush in to help others, nor do I feel responsible when someone doesn't do their part at work. My urge to save others has been reduced dramatically.
This is really great to fall asleep to! The narrator's voice is so gentle and calming. I am the classic codependent with little self-esteem. I listen to this book almost every night and I'm hoping the affirmations really plant themselves into my subconscious. I'm thrilled I purchased it.
