Yes,Yes,Yes This should be taught in schools

The basic foundation of the premise.
Of course, we aren't stuck in this body while we are in the physical.
WE have designed a way to go back to our natural state to revive our spirits
without having to be completely detached from the physical incarnation(death)



However, the mediation at the end didn't do it for me.
I have been able to achieve the results with a personal technique.
But still, an amazing book!!!!!

Interesting, but didn't send me anywhere.

Craig Beck has a very charasmatic personality and I enjoy his cd's.. he does a great job of explaining what Astral Projection is.. The end of the cd is a meditation to help you Astral Project.. I have to say, I really don't enjoy this particular meditation and it didn't do a thing for me.. Also, for what ever reason, it has locked up my mp3 player 3 times.. Not sure what that's about, but it hasn't happened with any other meditations I have on it.. Odd, I know.. All in all, great listen, but the meditation, not that great... the end of the meditation just seems to be silence??? Or maybe I just keep falling asleep out of boredom.. The meditation includes the sound of an old fashioned elevator, which is suppose to send you into astral projection.. All it does for me is kind of annoy me.. the Astral Projection explanation is worth the listen, but I wouldn't recommend this meditation.

WHEN I WAS GROWING UP, AS A YOUNG BOY, MY BEST & ONLY FRIEND, INTERDUCE'ED ME TO "ASTRAL PROJECTION, AND HE MOVED AWAY, LIFE GOT BUSY, AND I FORGOT ALL ABOUT ASTRAL PROJECTION.
BUT WHEN I SAW CRAIG BECK'S BOOK I GRABBED IT, AND IT'S EVERTHING I'D HOPED FOR AND MORE.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Astral Projection?

woken up by Audible message at end of hypnosis. just why? srsly...just fell asleep and was even dreaming about flying and then the audible message woke me. come on audible...think about these things!

What would have made Astral Projection better?

This book would have been better if it was more in depth. The informations was superficial, no different than a wikipedia search. The self hypnosis section was Not. Self hypnosis comprises different steps to be in a trans and these steps were not present. This is the first audio inc purchase that I was disappointed with.

Don't waste your time

This book is complete garbage. He just rambles on and on. Most of its made up of completely sudo science.

Not this book

Not helpful in regards to the intent of the subject. this did not achieve it's intended effect. The hypnosis was poor.

Not the most inspiring or believable story

After listening to this I found myself with a lot more questions than I had received answers. I think this would classify as an abridged version. The last chapter was the sound program for inducing astral projection and I found it to be rudimentary.

It could not. I wish that it could be deleted from my library.
