Great message

I read this book first about 16yrs ago and it was amazing to help understand my inner self. I felt like I was floating for two weeks afterwards, but I wasn’t very familiar with Buddhist teachings at that time and so after awhile the lessons in this book seemed to fade. I recently started following the Buddhist teachings because going to Christian church just doesn’t give me an actual guide for how to follow Jesus’s teachings. Like how do I “love my neighbor” when they annoy me 🤷🏻‍♀️. Now I have a guide for how to view and live in the world thanks to Buddhist teachings and after listening to this book again I can check for the ego trying to trip me up on my path.

I am now Consciously aware!

In this book Eckhart take you down a simple path and conveys the message so clearly that when it ended I wanted more. His voice and narration is so soothing that if it helped me enter a meditative state while listening. I live a very busy life and manage many businesses. Over the years I have read many books by a variety of spiritual healers. I picked up the “The Power of Now” twenty years ago but did not have the patience or wisdom to grasp its message. Today listening to the audio version and hearing it through the authors voice, not only keeps you interested but also helps to hear the message for the way it was intended. Thank you Eckhart for this message, you have placed me back to the path I was on a long time ago and intend to continue.

He does a fantastic job of being practical. It’s like you hear different spiritual teachings and now understand the practical application of it. Practicing presence and staying present has changed my life in so many better ways. I hope everyone can experience this however they find it.
