A lot of thinking to do!
This is a great book, very deep, just like Tolle's others. I did figure out a secret to making his audio books more pleasant. If you play them on 1.5 speed, instead of 1, the voice moves along at a more normal rate. I think out of The Power of Now and this book, I got more out of this book.
If you are interested in trying to bring more consciousness to your life, Tolle is a great instructor. This is not for someone looking for a light read - there were times when I had to turn this book off simply because you must be in a mood to concentrate when you read it.

So, so needed
I read this book every year. Listening to Tolle’s calm voice is even better. The book in a nutshell is get out of your head. It has useful ways of doing this to make your life happier. I feel recharged each time I revisit the book.
